Went to see Marie Antoinette last night and it was absolutely dreadful, probably the worst movie I’ve seen this year. Anyways I snapped some shots while I was waiting for my metro. And here they are.

To better acquaint yourselves with the setting of many of the photos to come, I am first posting a photgraph of the city itself as seen from atop Mont Royal.

And below are some pictures of Saint Joseph’s Oratory I took in the summer. For those who don’t know, Saint Joseph’s Oratory is a Roman Catholic basilica on the northern slope of Mont Royal it. It was established in A.D. 1904.
